It’s back!!! I can’t believe it. Just the other day I put in the filet-o-fish song into Amanda’s phone as her mom’s ringtone and now it’s back! Saw the new commercial last nite. So funny! Cant wait to get some 2 for $3 sandwiches. Just remember that price depends on location also. Certain areas will cost more than $3. Also, certain McDonald’s makes it better than others. Last year we tried 4 places. Only 1 (the last place we tried) was good and then the deal was over. =(
On my way to work this morning I saw the most horrible thing. My favorite restaurant that serves Hong Kong style food is gone. It was burned down.

Was wondering why there were so many day laborers standing there at first and then realized that they all live up there.
The only news van I saw there was NY1 and this was at around 8:30am.
My new monitor came in!!! I ordered it yesterday and it came today!! Go Newegg! Here are a few pics to compare my new 28″ to my old 19″ and then one pic has my 52″ tv in the back.
Just got myself a brand new monitor! I’m currently using a temporary 19″ LCD which was an upgrade from a 17″ CRT end of last year 2008. It was just a temporary monitor that I bought while I wait for the right time to get a 24″ or higher. The 24″ monitors are big but to me still looks small so instead of a 24″ I went for the cheap 28″ by Hanns-G. So cheap! Got it for about $301 from newegg. Can’t wait for the monitor to come in. The old one will be going to my wife. She’s currently using a 15″ no name brand monitor with faulty connector that she got from Staples during on a Black Friday a few years ago.
Today as I was walking to work I saw the Wafels and Dinges truck in front of my building. First time I saw it around my area. Anyway, it just reminded me of Japan. How so? In Japan one of my favorite food is the Japanese crepe. They’re all over Japan and one time I passed by a crepe truck. I checked my Japan photos and I couldn’t find the crepe truck. I guess I didn’t take a photo of it. Oh well.
So today I did laundry at the new place for the first time. The closest one is this super wash. It looked kinda small from the outside when compared to other ones. I was hoping that it’ll be similar to all the other super washes I’ve been to. Let me just keep this short since I have no pics for this post. =(
Found out the day before that the Revlon Run/Walk will be held in Times Square around 8am on Saturday 5/2/09 and Jessica Alba will be there so I made plans to go there to see her. I read that she was going to host it with Jimmy Fallon on her Twitter page but it sounded more like some indoor event when I read it at that time.
So after about 3 weeks of packing and preparing to move we finally moved today 4/18/09. We did 3 trips with a Toyota Minivan (forgot which one) and on the first trip a Lexus SUV came along too. It was a tough moving day.
